Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Sleek mobile application operated by Sleek Fashion ("we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using Sleek, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must create an account to use Sleek. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use the app.
You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload to Sleek. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing Sleek's services to you.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, infringes on third-party rights, or violates any applicable laws.
Sleek uses artificial intelligence to analyze garments, generate outfit recommendations, and provide virtual try-on experiences. AI outputs are suggestions only and may not always be accurate. We are not responsible for styling decisions made based on AI recommendations.
The Virtual Try-On feature uses AI to generate images of clothing items on your avatar. These generated images are approximations and may not perfectly represent how items will look in real life. Generated images are for personal use only.
Certain features (such as Virtual Try-On) may require credits. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify pricing and credit allocations at any time.

The Sleek app, including its design, code, AI models, brand name, and logo, is the property of Sleek Fashion. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written consent.
Sleek is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate. Use the app at your own discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sleek Fashion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@sleekfashion.shop.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delhi, India.
